Predator Cycling is your source for carbon repair. Broken, busted, cracked, nicked, chipped, or severed, we've seen it all and we can usually fix it. We specifically specialize in carbon bicycle frame repair. Predator also now offers a DIY Carbon Repair Kit alternative. Available here on our website and also Amazon.com, our kit provides the essential tools for fixing small to medium cracks without having to break the bank. If you have a frame in need of carbon repair, simply follow our 3-step process to your right. As racing season is in full swing, our current repairs take around six to eight weeks from the day your frame is delivered to our shop and received by our specialists. Submit the Carbon Repair form along with attached photos of the needed repair. Once the form is received, our specialists will analyze the repair costs and return a repair quote via E-mail. Once the quote is agreed upon, please prepare your frame for shipping.
Please send boxed frames to Predator Cycling, 8335 Winnetka Ave. Box #180 Winnetka, CA 91306. Please include your Estimate number (from your e-mailed carbon repair quote) both on your frame and written on the outside shipping box. Please apply shipping insurance on the form for your convenience and frame safety.
Once Predator Cycling receives your bike, your frame is unpacked and goes through a quality inspection from our specialists. Please expect six to eight weeks for frame repair after arrival during race season as our shop is very busy! (Rush service is available for an additional charges. Please e-mail or call for rush quotes.) Upon carbon repair completion, Predator Cycling will contact you via e-mail along with a follow-up call to let you know that your bike is finished. Your invoice is now due. Via your completion notification email, you may either pay your balance online or by phone. Once payment is received, we will ship your bike back to you.
Carbon repairs performed by Predator Cycling qualifies for a non-transferable, lifetime warranty for the original owner of the bike frame in the exact area that the repair was made.
-Only covers the original repair work performed on frame. Does not cover future damage on un-repaired parts of the frame.
-Valid for the lifetime of the bicycle original owner as listed on invoice, non-transferable to new owners.
-Invalid if repair has been tampered with or altered in any way.
-Invalid if original repair has been damaged due to accident, crash, theft, or other event caused by outside elements.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
