The Major Pilot Cockpit

The narrower top and nub surface seamlessly transfigures into a wider drop that provides broadened hand grips. The winged tops are designed to create aerodynamic windflow when actively racing, in addition to a center raised position for relief riding during those brief resting conditions.

Available in multiple lengths and angles to accommodate individual riders. The Pilot Cockpit can mount to almost any OEM bicycle frame. Standard and custom designed mounting systems available.

The Major Pilot is manufactured from a hybrid composite and 3D printed skeleton fusion process. The composite materials are available in both medium modulus and high-modulus (key area additional layup) materials. The skeleton consists of hi-tensile strength, hi-temp 3D printed resins. The Pilot is the result of an intensive design process utilizing both CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) testing and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) of composite structures. Each respective testing system achieved both optimized shape, structure, manufacturing techniques, and positional geometres. The Major Pilot is the combinational result of design ingenuity, AI-responsiveness, and advanced manufacturing.
