Custom Design & Fabrication

Predator Cycling® offers custom design and engineering services upon request. Utilizing Autodesk Fusion 360, Rhino 7 software, Ansys Discovery/Mechanical/Fluid, and Keyshot (Luxion) rendering services, Predator is able to present fully customized renderings, mechanical drawings, and simulations for customer product proposals. 

We also offer custom fabrication for prototyping, however we do not offer full production services for third parties. Predator works hard in conjunction with our customer's to create, solve, or re-adjust their manufacturing processes to become more efficient, cheaper, and profitable. We have created custom one-off molding procedures as well as initial prototype products for clients with auto, aerospace, military, and health and wellness commodities.
