Shipping policy

NEXT DAY SHIPPING!

Predator Cycling currently offers next day shipping for orders placed before 1pm EST Monday-Friday.  This offer excludes products that specify a lead time (custom frames and handlebars). If an order is placed on Tuesday 10AM EST, it is guaranteed shipment on Wednesday. If an order is placed on Tuesday 3PM EST, it may ship either Wednesday or Thursday. We try our best to get your orders shipped promptly! (Weekends and Holidays do not apply) 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA (UPS, USPS)

Our fulfillment center ships from Mt Juliet, TN. We utilize shipment pricing algorithms to determine best shipment pricing per order. We ship via UPS and USPS.

DOMESTIC DEFERRED "MAIL"

USPS First Class: For small packages weighing less than 10 oz, 2-4 business days.  *NOTE: USPS does not provide tracking information for First Class shipments. Medium risk of lost or misplaced packages.

USPS Priority Mail:  Usually 1-3 business days. Delayed Tracking. Medium risk of lost or misplaced packages. Delivery speed not guaranteed.

DOMESTIC "GROUND"

UPS Ground:  1-5 business days, depending on distance from fulfillment center in Tennessee. Tracking available, customer service assistance, and address changes are possible mid-route via shipper notification. 

DOMESTIC "3 DAY MAIL"

UPS Three Day Select: This provides guaranteed delivery within three business days to destinations within the United States, using air-based shipping methods only. You can't use this for PO boxes or military addresses; you'll need a shipping method that includes USPS options for that.

DOMESTIC "2 DAY MAIL"

UPS Second Day Air: This provides guaranteed delivery within two business days to destinations within the United States, using air-based shipping methods only. You can't use this for PO boxes or military addresses; you'll need a shipping method that includes USPS options for that.

*Predator Cycling does NOT offer 1-Day or Same Day shipping*

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For International Shipping we utilized integrated DHL services with USPS options for Canada only. DHL services are listed and provided at checkout and may or may not calculate and include Duties / taxes. The customer is responsible to pay for all fees related to importing or taxes at the local customs office. 

LOST IN TRANSIT/CUSTOMS

If a package has an issue in customs, or is ever lost in transit, Predator Cycling is not notified, nor is the customer.  You will need to realize there’s a delay and contact your courier with your tracking number. Lost item cases can take weeks or months to reconcile

All shipping speeds given are approximate and relate to how long the package delivers once it has been shipped, not how fast the package will be shipped when you make an order.
