Thank You for submitting a Carbon Repair Estimate.

You will receive a repair estimate within 24-72 hours...it will look like this:

If you decide to proceed with your repair:

-Pack your damaged frame for shipping. REMOVE all components including the fork (this is basic service at your local bike shop). Bike boxes are available at most local shipping supply stores / box stores. Ask your local bike shop for a frame box as well.

-Remember to use a drop-out saver or create a strong joint between the drop-outs out of cardboard to prevent damage in transit.

-Print your estimate and place it inside the box AND/OR write your estimate # on the box exterior so we can easily identify your frame when we receive it.

-Ship your frame to our receiving address: Predator Cycling, LLC. 401 S Mount Juliet Rd. STE 235 PMB 233 Mount Juliet, TN 37122

-Once we receive your frame, it will be placed in our queue for repair. (Please call to check current turnaround times or to request expedited service, 50% markup) Repair turnaround is anywhere from 2-4 weeks with clear coat finish and 4-7 weeks if forwarded to professional painter. (We'll gladly recommend a painter and mail the frame to them, however the customer is to deal directly with the painter for payment and return.)

-When your repair is complete, we will email you a complete invoice. Return shipping costs or shipping costs to a painter will be added to your final invoice.

-Once payment is received, we will ship your frame back to you via UPS Ground Service or directly to a painter for complete paint finishing.
