Episode 015: Guest Cyclist Andy Lakatosh Talks Track & Smack

Hi Friends, It's Friday again and that means another episode of "Predator Feed Zone." This week friend of the shop and ex-junior World Championship silver medalist Andy Lakatosh joins the gang in breaking down track racing science. As always, Andy provides an intelligent and sometimes opinionated breakdown of USA Cycling, youth training, World Championships, and his patriotism against the British. Although Andy expected a burger, we gave him a salad. And although we expected some good-natured fun from Andy, he gave us thoughtfully articulated insight of personal training from childhood development to Olympic medalists. This guy really knows his stuff...good thing he's a coach! If you're interested in contacting Andy for coaching or poking fun at his uncanny Matt Damon-esque good looks, visit bigpicturecycling.com,  Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Check out his training packages and upcoming camps. Remember to also dig around the Predator Cycling webstore.
