Episode 023: Paul Swift of BikeFit Talks About "Big Meat"
Happy Almost Weekend All! On this week's Predator Feed Zone podcast, the gang welcomes Paul Swift and Alfonso Lopez of BikeFit. Paul created the BikeFit protocol all the way back in 1995 when Coolio's "Gangsta's Paradise" was at the top of the charts. Alfonso is a certified BikeFit Pro and instructor as well as the brainchild behind 2014's release of the BikeFit app (available on the iTunes Store) which mirrors the old school protocol digitally. They join us in discussing the history of bike fitting, the importance of cleat wedges and knee movement, and a lots of random smack talk.
