    Goodbye, Ergobike!

With a heavy sigh, we have decided to retire the production of our stationary Ergobike. However, we hope to breathe new life into exciting new future projects and the impending release of our new road frames in 2020.

Our Ergobike was the ultimate training tool, inspired by top track racers. Made of 4130 Chromoly steel, our Ergobike was strong and stiff, yet lightweight by design. The frame fit a majority of riders, offering a wide range to frame adjustment (equivalent to 47cm to 63cm frame size). The Ergobike stood out among competitors because of the front-brake addition that simulated standing starts and a resistance unit that provided a wide range of consistent-feeling restriction.

We bid farewell to our stationary home trainer for a few reasons. Firstly, we created the trainer in 2010, well before similar products were available. Ten years later, there are multiple machines available that provide updated technologies, virtual simulation, app-integrations, data-logging, and power analysis. Secondly, manufacturing simply costs too much in relation to similar consumer products. Lastly, we are now focusing on pushing out carbon composite frames and components vigorously this year. We have a lot of great composite technology in the works!

For now, we hope our past customers, national track teams, and followers have enjoyed our Ergobikes to their fullest!

For very interested customers, please feel free to reach out to info@predatorcycling.com for large batch (10 qty +) Ergobike manufacturing inquiries and possible limited edition runs.
